I moved out of my iStorage unit n March 5, 2023. My boyfriend went on March 6th to let them know I had vacated my unit He waited 2.5 hours for someone to show up & they never came in. He then went to the other iStorage unit in Madison Heights & let them know I had vacated. He was given a receipt showing termination date of March 6. I rented this unit on line. I was never told they do not PRO-RATE your acct. As such, my boyfriend inquired about a refund & was told a manager would contact him. Long story short, this is the ab... read more
