Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable about renting a storage unit. We met, he showed me the unit, and we finished the paperwork in no time at all. All in all, a great experience.
The process of renting a storage unit went very smooth. Tim was helpful in every way, and was available in helping me understand the steps in using my storage unit. The price is also very fair.
Tim took my information on Tuesday 8/3 and I signed e doc and received a receipt. I came there on. Friday to move in and my access was denied. I tried the code I was given several times and it was still denied. The sign by the gate says there is an after hours operator. Calling the number only gives you an option to pay your bill or leave a message. So I got no operator, no return on email stating there was a problem at 630 pm.
