I had a great experience when I called a spoke to Rick and then even better service when I came in to get storage from Nick. I called several locations and I am very happy I chose istorage!

I am in need of a storage unit preferably on the west side of Cincinnati. I have checked with several places in the area and I must say I believe we have decided to this facility. I spoke directly with Nick. I had many questions and concerns. Main concerns were sizing, pricing, security, cleanliness staffing etc. Nick answered all my questions. The place is well maintained.
