At my age and with medical problems I wish I had a unit that didn’t Make me walk so much so much….front office staff was very patient with me and answered all my questions with much courtesy.

Ms. Bee is most Awesome! She was very attentive to my account and helped me to keep my storage safe and sound! I rented my storage online through the website which was great I didn't have any issues doing that however when I actually got to the storage unit I didn't know there was like a little yellow tab like a little hook lock so I didn't know how to open it I had to go back to the office and ask the lady and she says oh you have to do is twist it off I did tell her this is my first time using Istorage so I go back I snapped off the little lock and I had no idea that I had to put my foot down on the handle at the bottom of the unit... read more

Good folks in the office---everything so far is good---Entrance gate is dragging when opening and close---had to bump it one day to get in ---NOT GOOD---San Antonio Hot Wells unit... Need to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
