Heather has always been onsite and available. Since my unit at life-storage was robbed and trashed, I want to know that my new storage unit is safe from being broken into. I appreciate her being visible on the property. Heather has always been professional, and on top of the things that matter to me to feel that my property is secure, which life storage failed to do.
