Went looking for a place to store my camper but didn’t end up having to store but Paul was very informational and went above and beyond to assist me as much as he could but I ended up selling ,so I didn’t need storage after all. But will keep this location in mind for my next storage needs. Thanks !!!

Reserving a unit online and moving in was a breeze. However, the “area manager” working at the 8713 Unicorn Drive, Knoxville TN, 37923 location has been nothing but rude, accusatory, and unprofessional since our first interaction. Not only was I never contacted or called after signing my lease, no one came to meet with me to remove the tab lock or show me to my unit or even just introduce themselves.
