Rental went smoothly We reserved a unit but when we went to move in the size we requested was unavailable but they gave us a slightly larger unit for the same price as we were quoted. Space is very clean

Devin, and the Representative I dealt with on Saturday were very helpful. Overall it was a good experience. It would have been all 5 stars but there was a dead mouse, and small puddle in the corridor where our unit was located.
You need to tell there is rat let us decide if we want to move in with rats My first unit had a dead rat...I am so scared of rats. I went to the office and the front desk person asked if I want a broom to sweep it out. I told him no because I am afraid so, he changed my unit which was good; I went to the second unit ant it was full of rat poop I had to sweep it out.
