The only good thing about iStorage is that it is a convenient location and the site manager, Paul. Otherwise, I am not pleased with how frequently the rent for units goes up in this place. Rent increases every couple of months. It's ridiculous. I had a Public Storage unit for years and only saw a rent increase once in 10 years. With iStorage it's several times a year!
Watch out for the autopay system. Even if not working correctly they will charge you a late fee.
EDIT: DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! I left them a 5 star review before their faulty overhead garage door came down on top of my vehicle ripping off my antenna and doing $3000 worth of damage. Now they refuse to provide me with their insurance information, and will not compensate me for damages, even after the property manager viewed the security footage of the incident and agreed I was not at fault.
