I called to reserve a spot for my RV. I was assigned a indoor storage unit that I couldn’t use. Shortly after reserving the spot I went by the location to make sure that I was assigned a spot that my RV would fit. I was made aware by the store employee that the spot I was assigned couldn’t be used for what I needed. I have called Customer Service requesting a refund of my Payment and have been given the run around. I am very disappointed in their customer service.
