Only because Tommy Gardner was so great am I writing this review. I went in to get a storage. I wasn't having the best day, because I am going through a divorce ()hence the reason for the storage). He was so polite and helpful. His voice makes you want to keep him talking. When he showed me the storage it had a little bit of trash in there and he promised he would clean it out. I have been going through financial difficulty which made me very stressed out making my storage payments. Both Sherri and Thomas worked with me. They were both understanding & empathetic. Neither one of them wanted me to lose the contents of my storage which held sentimental contents such as the graduation memorabilia for myself and my daughter. Contacted iStorage for a quote on 10x15. Their price quote was the best in our area. The representative, Mr. Author, looked into our area until he located a storage that fitted our needs. The representative was quick and thorough. It took approximately 20 minute phone call to complete. Definitely my go to for storage needs.
