I have used this facility for over a year now and am quite happy with services. The place is always clean and Paul is always there to be of assistance if needed. I should also add that Paul has saved me a lot of late fee charges cus he takes it upon himself to give heads up just before payment due. As someone who is sloppy with remembering dates, it’s been so so helpful and am grateful for that. Guys, Keep up the good work!

Mainly use a unit for holiday items. Friday after Thanksgiving, went to get my Christmas stuff and the door near my unit was broken with a note. Removed a few items and checked with the desk. Won't be fixed UNTI AFTER Christmas because of budgetary restraints! How much$...$150. So for $150 the corporate office is willing to inconvenience half their customers!
