I just moved out of my storage I had for one year. At first it was ok price was decent then of course they kept upping the price. When I called ahead of time to tell them I'm moving out and the date the girl said ok no problem she put it in the notes, then when I called because they said I was overdue and I know I wasn't they said they didn't see anything in the notes and I had to explain yet again to another person the whole conversation I had with the lady. Stolen tool box from my box trailer. $300.00 loss. Gentleman on duty not at all helpful. Would not pull video of my area where trailer was. Did not seem at all sympathetic to my loss. For a locked and secured facility I do not recommend this particular location. Bradenton Fl 34th. St. @ Cortez.
