Horrible place! Don’t care that I lost hundreds on hiring van and moving people. Did not unlock storage and didn’t bother to answer emergency calls by their operator. They seemed very nice and helpful. He encouraged me to snatch the last storage, I did and told him I’ll be moving my stuff. Never took the lock off. Operator told us to wait and someone will be over soon. Talked to 3 more operators after that, nobody bothered show up or even call. Who does that? Wasted time and money, I asked to get compensated.
