We reserved a 10 x 15 unit, but received an 8 x 10 unit without being informed of the switch. Not happy we need more space. Going to personally complain this morning, we'll see how things go. Otherwise in the past we have been always highly satisfied with the facility. FOLLOW UP: Discussed issue with management who resolved it satisfactorily with smiles. We have no reservation in recommending this facility to anyone. They correct situations willingly.
