I paid $110 for a parking space to park my truck. My driver entered to park the truck on Jan. 6, 2025, and there was a BOAT parked in the space I had rented for months. The new manager Shea did nothing to fix it, and did not even know how to find out who was parked in my space. She escalated it to a gentleman who asked ME what I wanted to do…apparently giving me my space (or any adequate space) was not an option. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I gave up, and canceled the rental immediately. The incompetence is staggering.

I picked this place because we previously used Personal Mini Storage when my office had to transition circa 2020 and the whole process was as smooth and painless as I could hope for. Another location, and it's fast to get set up and everything ready to go. Definitely recommend for situations when you need storage right away and taken care of so you can focus on other items on the checklist! Very personable and helpful service at the front office, but also "minimum contact" access options.
