I wanted to provide an update on my deposit money. Yesterday, I received a call from Jean who I think is a general manager there at istorage. She apologize for the incident and told me that my money was available for pick up. I went today and received my $100 deposit back. Thank you Jean and George for making it right.

We have had a storage unit at this location for many many years. There has been a noticeable improvement in how business is conducted since the new management took over last October. These people go above and beyond every time. Yesterday, I had an issue (no fault of theirs) and they did everything they could to help me. If you are in need of storage space, this is the place to go!

I stored my car here for January and February this year and had great service from start to finish. The price was very reasonable compared to other long term parking options and I knew my car was in great hands while I traveled.

Local management was great but corporate sucks. Outrageous fees that led to auction paid $ 500 to stop auction and within about two Months I was back in auction again for another $500 my monthly rental is about $120. Technica lly it should be $240 that means they added $260 in fees. More than what I actually owe. I was with them for 9yers and this is how they treated me.

Zero stars for this business. We stored our travel trailer with them. Back in November someone attempted to steal it. The gate had been broken and we never received notification that the gate was broken. My husband just went to check on the trailer today and it has been STOLEN!!! Jim, who works in the office, could not have been a bigger jerk. He never apologize that our RV was stolen and he basically told us it was not his problem at all. He could not have been worse!! What seemed like a good idea with good rates changed. My rate has been increased three times in 6 months and my property was stolen. Although it was locked somehow someone used the key entry pad; let themselves in and took our property and then used the keypad to leave in the middle of the night. The security video was horrible so there's that. About 2 weeks later two expensive trailers were stolen. I had to get our other possessions out of there and look for another place. It was kinda strange when i went on line i booked a storage unit for my daughters stuff a few months before i needed it and the cost was like 25 per month. I called a few times before i actually came there with questions and to make sure we were all still good and every time referencing who i was and your people seemed to know who i was.
