Great customer service I have received great customer service from Carol, the director of IRA services. Unfortunately, I had to deal with an IRA transfer to inherited IRAs and she held my hand through every (and there were many) steps along the way. Thank you!!

Seamless transfer The customer service has been great! It’s also a very easy platform to use. Everything has been seamless. They did all the work to transfer my Roth and I had no problems. I plan to move a 401k here as well.
Meh not terrible not great It is a super-pain in the a*$*$ to simply make a deposit in any way shape or form. I expect to get some bull$-hit boiler plate explanation that it has to be ridiculously difficult to make deposits. Don’t bother, I’ll just ignore it.
