I reached out to Ivan just to see what I needed to do to get ready to be able to get a mortgage. He and his team worked their magic and let me know I was eligible for one now. Less than 40 days later, I closed on my new home! Ivan and the American Pacific Mortgage Team are fantastic! Definitely used them! You won’t regret it!
