We moved to the area and transferred our then, 20 month, old daughter to this facility from her previous school. From day one, my daughter has absolutely loved going to school. I was worried about the transition, but she did amazing. I think in the three months we have been there, she's cried twice while dropping her off in the morning. My son attends ivy kids cross creek I'm so happy with this new center. Everything was clean and his teacher is so great. He's thriving here after just a few weeks. The new management has made impressive changes to the center like the grandparents day we just that was amazing and parents night out! Plus I am getting all these reports from ProCare !! So glad that my husband chose this center, we as parents are very involved and everyone there has been super nice and friendly!! Keep it up Cross Creek !!!!

Great center. I like the programming they offer like yoga for the kids. The center is clean and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. We really enjoy the special celebrations like the back to school one that had and it is great to be able to take part in the events they have as a family!

Very unprofessional and showed lack of empathy. We went to do a tour and staff stated there was openings. We signed paperwork with a start date and also signed our daughter up for a discovery day to see how she would adjust. We gave our other daycare 30 days notice at this time and let Ivy kids know we would be enrolling and to let us know what other steps were needed. I followed up and asked if they needed anything before discovery day and they said no. We went to the discovery day (had to take a day off work) only for them... read more
I take Yelp reviews serious. Especially when it comes to small businesses (I'm a small business owner) and children. Our daughter left this facility 7 months ago and the care we've gotten at her new school compared to this one is night and day. When we were at Ivy Kids Cross Creek, we had 2 different teachers tell us that we should remove our daughter from the school because it was below standard and our daughter wasn't being challenged. We had an administrator quit as well as a teacher in a matter of 4 months. Early ... read more
