My twins attended Ivy Kids of Pearland from April 2024 until October 2026. Unfortunately, our experience raised serious concerns about how this center handles parent complaints, behavioral challenges, and communication with families. In August 2024, my then-two-year-old daughter began repeating inappropriate language she attributed to her teacher, including "lay the fuck down." took my 11 month old out of this daycare yesterday. He had some scratches that we brought to their attention and the infant A teachers got defensive and rude when we did. The curriculum is very good and the teachers were good. However the turnover at the Ivy Kids Summer Lake Ranch is just ridiculous. Over 7 directors in the year and half it has been opened and have gone through tons of staff. It truly is sad, the teachers and parents are wonderful. A center that has such bad turnover is a red flag as you choose a center.
My infant came home with severe bruises from this daycare. No one claimed responsibility. It was done out of view of the cameras. I don't recommend.
Very unprofessional director! She had the nerve to ask me if I had a problem at my children's previous school because some parent she gave a tour to saw my son and recognized him and "smirked" according to her. Then the audacity to say "Are you sure?" Well first off what did you pick up from a smirk?
