I can not thank Ivy and her assistant Amanda enough. Along, with whomever was the underwriter. I had so many issues with a previous lender I spent working with for over 2 months and they wasted my time and stressed me out to the max, brought my file to Ivy and she said I will get this done for you and have you closed by specific date, a week later, I was closed and in my home.
