Please dont rent here. They cheat you We took a short term rental at this place. The apartment was ok but the management believes in fleecing the renters. In addition to the short term rental fee (an extra $150 a month) they charged us a $300 redecoration fee (redecoration for what?), a $75 turnover fee (really?). There was no mention of this fee when we rented (buried in fine print and they only showed it to us when we asked for our deposit back). I would avoid this place at all cost

I'm sorry that you had a negative experience. You lived under old management. We no longer have an administrative fees and there are no "turnover" fees at move out. The lease is emailed to you in advance of move-in so that you may read over and ask any questions you may have in advance!
Not worth it The apartment seemed nice when we moved in at first, but over time you notice how cheap everything is made. Fake granite counter tops, cheap laminate floors yet the rent is comparable to places that offer much nicer things. It is noisy, and I mean VERY noisy you would think the walls were made of paper. The gym is a joke, very tiny and it is located INSIDE the leasing office, it is just an awkward set up. The dog park they brag about, is nothing special just a weird slope with some benches in it.
