I’ve been to this practice for multiple issues. The doctors are very great and explain things in a professional but understandable way. Support staff are awesome!
Thorough exam, clear communication and treatment plan. Very pleasant and compassionate. I feel fortunate that he is available to treat me. Our hands are so important…..and preserving function is a top priority. Doctors with his level of skill are very rare. Thank you

Had an excellent visit at Emerge today with Dr. Aldridge for a trigger finger.Check-in was quick and the reception staff was friendly and efficient. I barely sat down before Jake called me back. All that I expected, the team was great
Dr Aldridge performed a thumb CMC arthroplasty with tendon interposition on my right hand on 3/6/26. Today I had my two week follow up - stitches removed and protective brace molded and applied. Doctor A was pleased with how the surgery looked both on the surface and in x-rays. Was pleased with my recovery/ healing thus far - as I. Dr. thorough, professional, and personable and invited me to ask any questions I might have or to express any concerns. Continue to be highly impressed… 5/5
Dr. Aldridge was an excellent medical care professional. He diagnosed my issue promptly, explained the matter clearly and prescribed the necessary treatment in way I could easily understand. Addressed my questions and concerns extremely well.
I met with Dr. Aldridge concerning the pain in my right wrist, from a childhood injury, in 2024. Initially he recommended cortisone shots in the wrist. That worked for a while. Then he told me that the permanent fix was surgery. He said if I quit smoking that the surgery he recommend would remove the pain permanently. Dr. Aldridge performed the surgery in November 2025 and it was a total success! I followed his instructions and had the outcome that he told me that I would have. I met with Dr. Aldridge on 3/9/26 for the possible recurrence of carpal tunnel in both hands. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and listened to my concerns. He quickly diagnosed the complaint and suggested a nerve study. Meanwhile, he recommended a cortisone shot pending the nerve study results. Later that day, I felt better. I couldn't have been referred to a better doctor.
