Pleasantly surprised, after staying away from all medical facilities for months, it was a breeze. From check in to treatment, everyone was courteous and prompt. Successful visit and I would recommend Dr Aldridge.
Great doctor and staff. Took excellent care of me at all visits and during my surgery.
At first I was very nervous not knowing what was going to happen with my visit. The facility was very clean and they followed the state guidelines for social distancing. The staff at EmergeOrtho was courteous and informative. I was most impressed with Dr. Aldridge because I had a lot of questions. Dr. Aldridge educated me on what was going with my hand injury. Dr. Aldridge was very through the in his exam and explanation. I felt comfortable with him performing the operation. All of his staff was the same level of competency and right there the whole time. His level of concern and aftercare wasvery much appreciated since mine was not a normal case.
Probably the best experience I could have hoped for. Fast, efficient, thorough, detailed, caring, clean and safe, and very helpful in all respects. I left feeling really good about my injury and the care I was getting. Dr. Aldridge is a terrific specialist and caregiver, the staff was top notch and the facilities were very smartly organized, and spotless.
Dr. Aldridge is the most passionate, compassionate, and caring hand surgeon! He is professional, explains procedures so that you totally understand, listens, always wants the best outcome and goes to any length to ensure that happens. Dr. Aldridge is not only an wonderful and gifted surgeon, he is also a kind and caring person! Fantastic bedside manners and always has a caring spirit! Dr. Aldridge is number ONE in my book! I highly recommend Dr. Aldridge in all areas of hand surgery! One amazing doctor and human being!!
