Food and service is very good. It’s just very loud to the point it’s difficult to hear the servers .
Such a great time, excellent service, perfect food and drink. Always the best.
First time at J Prime and we were extremely happy with all aspects of our dining experience. We sat in the upper room which provided a quiet and romantic setting. The wait staff was amazing and the food did not disappoint. One of the best Filets I have raver had at a premium Steakhouse. A definite must visit again.

Very upscale steakhouse. Food was exceptional but pricey even for a restaurant of this caliber. The lamb chop appetizer had four pieces and was delicious but priced at over $80 seems excessive. The service was slow and seemed to get slower as the night progressed. Our appetizers took over 45 minutes to come out…. there were only two. Our salads came out soon after…. About 20 minutes later. This was an amazing experience. Our server Alex was delightful. The table side carajillo was amazing and the octopus ceviche was out of this world. I’d give a 100/10 if I could. They are very dedicated to service and customer experience and it is extremely evident. This was a fantastic experience. Job well done, J-Prime!
I would recommend that you put the large table settings for like eight or more all together in a separate room apart from the smaller tables for four. That way a smaller dining environment won’t have to listen to eight people laughing and talking after a larger style dinner while trying to eat.
It's great food you can't got wrong for special occasions and the service is outstanding
This restaurant had the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth.Y’all had the best customer serves.And the thing that really makes jprime really special is that if you go there on your birthday they will treat you to cake which is just going the extra mile.So far I rate this restaurant 10/10 and really recommend it to everyone that is looking for a good place to eat Thank you Raul and staff for making my 11th birthday extra special.
