I would give J Prime a 20 star rating if possible! SUPREME service from booking, modifying my reservation via Open Table, to arriving early to be seated immediately. I put in the notes “birthday, chocolate cake with sparkler candles” and received far more than that, my guest was speechless! Very nice! Loved it! Very professional, clean, great, and much more.
The service and food was amazing. Our server Matthew was attentive and en pointe. He catered to our every whim and went above and beyond (thank you!). The only complaint we had was for to the restaurant management not enforcing the “not hats indoors” rule - so uncouth. Seriously. When did that become the norm? We may be old sc, but, in a restaurant of this caliber and for the price we paid for our dinner for two (over $400), we shouldn’t have had to see ANYONE wearing a hat AT ALL. It’s disrespectful. Period.
Everything was too notch, especially the strawberry shortcake. Amazing.
It was my first time J Prime and I was very pleased. The food was amazing and service was great. I know that I will make it a point to return for another visit. It was that good
Anniversary
We had a great experience at J Prime. Only recommendation is to lower the music a little, it was difficult to understand what the waiter was saying at times. Other than that, the food was delicious and the service phenomenal! If you're on a budget, you may think to eat at another restaurant. If not, it is a place to experience first hand! Thank you and Happy New Year!
The holiday menu was delicious! We left full and satisfied. The service was great at first, but halfway through the dinner we felt like we were forgotten about. Our server prioritized the newer tables (probably because we looked young) and we didn’t get the hot towels at the end or even a goodbye. For the price tag, we should have received better service.
