The service was great! The attention to detail provided by server was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure the night was very pleasant.
I normally give all 5 stars to J. Prime but for some reason the service was lacking. Strange as Sunday nights are less busy than when we normally go on Friday night. My husband was irritated with the service, we decided to only order one drink so we did not feel obligated to tip more to someone providing poor service. I eat here several times a month. It is one of my favorite restaurants and I recommend them to friends all the time. I am hoping this was just an off night.
The whole experience was wonderful. They really made my husband feel special for his birthday. The steak was so flavorful and tender.
Birthday J prime is the best steak house I have ever eaten at Including Del Frisco’s, Ruth Chris, Fleming’s, Shula’s

Wonderful service and excellent value. Wait staff was amazing. Especially the Brazilian cheese bread.
Always superb service and great food. Happy hour prices are not so "happy" in my opinion. 🤔
