The Wagu was kinda of cold and the ny strip was well done rather medium. The cuts had weird hard fat pieces we had to cut around the meat. I had not had a bad experience at Jprime like this before. The macaroni lobster was not creamy and cheese. We were so excited to eat & the food just dropped the good vibe. I give it overall average experience because our server gave us a rose for our anniversary & the cocktails were very good.
Ricardo provided great service and his management team made it a point to congratulate my husband on his promotion, for which we were celebrating. Excellent meal!
We celebrated my husbands birthday here and it was a first class experience! The staff was professional and knowledgeable and the food was excellent! We highly recommend it!
I have NEVER had such an amazing dining experience! It was the best Restaurant I have ever been to in my life! The staff was outstanding! Literally blew me away! Our waiter Marcus was absolutely perfect!! I wish i could have gotten everyone’s names because they all did so great! The food was delicious and the serving sizes are so good! They gave my fiancé and I a hot towel!! great food, great service; our 1st time there but we will definitely go again
Phenomenal place! Great experience every time!
Service was excellent food was not. Ordered my steak medium and it came out rare close to blue rare. Sent it back. By the time it came back everything was cold. Ordered au gratin potatoes as our side. Normally au gratin potatoes come out in a cheesy buttery sauce. These came out topped like a baked potato and tasted like a baked potato. If I wanted a baked potato I would have ordered one. This was my first time here. Not sure I will go back
My server was amazing very helpful will definitely be going back food was amazing
All was very good. A little noisy . I recommend that a couples area and a group area be considered.
