Great wine selection. One of the best New York strip steaks that I have had. Service wa fantastic. Excellent octopus ceviche appetizer.
Happy hour with out of town guests. Always a great place to dine.
We like to take our handicapped son to J Prime, because he enjoys the food, and the staff is always helpful for his special needs and requests. It is a pleasure to see how happy he is when the staff brings his food, and makes the presentation a special show. My wife and I regularly go there for our date nights. The preparation and presentation is always first rate. We have dined in fine restaurants around the world, and J Prime is as high quality a restaurant as any we have visited
We moved to San Antonio from Las Vegas approximately a year and a half ago and have tried several of the finer restaurants within the city. Being from Vegas, we got spoiled with the quality of food and exceptional service from almost every fine dining establishment we frequented but we have had a hard time finding just the perfect mix of food, service and atmosphere within San Antonio, until now. We had a great table, attentive server and fabulous food. It made for a great evening out.
Everything was fantastic!!
The food was good, the service was excellent but we would not recommend this restaurant for a quiet, romantic evening. Too loud, could hear conversations from other tables and with the tvs on it felt like a sports bar. Not what we were looking for. Our server Alejandro was very attentive, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly. He was excellent.
Celebrated both my husband and myself birthdays. We ordered the dinner for two which was steak and lobster. Everything was delicious! They made our birthday special with balloons and wonderful cake. I highly recommend J Prime for that special occasion.
