Jesus was the sweetest waiter! Attentive, personable, patient, and respectful! I applaud his parents! Great time and JPrime!
The service was slow, and the waiter seemed annoyed which sets a bad mood. The food was good although they got the order wrong. We did not complain so that’s on us. Not worth the price, better places and better service in different places.
Everything is perfect from the reservation on open table, the retailer to confirm on the day of the reservation,. The Smokey old fashioned drink, the escargot, the lobster soup, the steak was cooked perfectly and the tuna order was presented nicely. The creme bulee is great. side orders are a must to try. They even have a card and a flower for us ready on the table.
What a meal! Delicious and cooked to perfection! We enjoyed every minute!
Service was great. My Seabass was delicious but my husband steak didn't have any seasoning on it and the truffle mac and cheese was runny.

Great service, awesome steak, beef carpaccio and brussel sprouts were amazing. It was New Year Eve, so it was a little noisy and the background music was a little loud and not typical for J Prime. Nonetheless, overall a fantastic evening!!!
1st visit was incredible, amazing service. 2nd visit was poor, in the newer section that was the old patio, has no energy to it, This, was New Year. Set menu which was a good menu with options, but they were not all that flexible. This was a $125 per plate menu and they refused to switch out an appetizer for a side. The server was ok, cared for my allergies which was the best part. He did however forget things a few times such as requests for bread which came super late.
