The service went above and beyond. By far the best service we have ever received at any restaurant. The food was outstanding. We got the filet, Alaskan king crab, wedge salad, lobster bisque, macaroni and cheese, au gratin potatoes, asparagus and cheesecake. We had a lot leftover. The rolls melted in your mouth. I highly recommend going to J prime.
Slow service. Steak not warm by the time I got it. Not worth the price.
My wife and I went to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. When we arrived they greeted us as well as congratulated us. Our waiter John was amazing and really went above and beyond with his service. Each course was amazing that was brought to the table. Everyone was highly attentive and would stop to ask if anything we needed. This place is always a go to.

J-Prime was awesome! Our waiter, John, was knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions without being pushy. We look forward to our next visit as J-Prime is our new favorite steakhouse.
Service was excellent. My wife and i, our steaks were over cooked. For the price you pay for prime in house cut meat to have it delivered over cooked is disheartening. Otherwise a decent trip. In regards to returning I don’t believe the value that you place on your steaks is delivered in the finished product in my experience.
Had an amazing experience! Food was fabulous! Staff was wonderful. John exceeded our expectations in service throughout the evening! He made sure every detail of our dining experience was top notch, including special attention to our 5 yr old. We will definitely be returning!
