Our family of 4 love to eat quality steaks. J-Prime was beyond good steaks. Everything we had from the menu was fantastic, and the steaks were not only prepared exactly how we’d ordered them, but the quality of the steaks and their flavor were outstanding. To top off the experience, the service, from our waiter, to the support staff, to the fine young man who prepared our table side Bananas Foster, were top notch. (Our boys are 11 & 8. The boys are well behaved and are accustomed to eating in nice steak houses, but never onc... read more
Service has always been 1st class but was a little disappointed. Maybe it was the busy holiday season.
Enjoyed New Year's Eve dinner. Jenelle and her team provided excellent service.
Celebrated my sisters Birthday with a party of 9 & our waitress and the Manager were amazing & accommodating! The bone in Ribeye was to DIE for and the Brussel sprouts were yummy! Love the vibe and feel of the restaurant as well. My husband and I will definitely be back there soon for date night!

The octopus ceviche was delicious and bone-in filet was exquisite. Great service! Would definitely go back! Wine selection is good and served at perfect temperature.
We made a last visit reservation for a date. My BF's bday was 2 wks ago. JPrime made it a "belated bday" event for him. Shannon was outstanding as a waiter. His service was impeccable! The food was wonderful. I had the scallops & they were cooked just right. Beet salad was delicious & the steak was cooked medium just as my BF likes which was rare since the restaurants usually either undercook or overcook. The glass of moscato had a very nice balance. The little courses in btn was very nice & the warm hand towel before desser... read more
As always, J Prime remains my favorite steak house and restaurant. The service and food are excellent. The waitress, Sheila, took very good care of us and the manager, Oscar, was very attentive. We will keep returning.
We went Christmas Eve and the food/service was great.
