Definitely my favorite dining place by far! The staff is amazing and the food is amazing, not to mention the best wine selection in town!!
We dined on Father's Day with our son, daughter-in-law and their 14 month old baby. My wife and I were also celebrating our 46th anniversary(the next day). J-Prime is a top-flight steakhouse, owned by the Chama Gaucha people. Accordingly, many dishes had a Brazilian/South American flair. Steaks were cooked just right, like any very good steakhouse in the American west.

Not at all what I expected based on previous reviews. Pros: ambience was what I expected Beef cooked to order Service was good Cons: Beef plated with little/none presentation/greenery Flavor was okay Was asked for a refill on the beer as we were completed with our meal. Many types of beer unavailable that night Daughter is vegan. Veggie plate was available. YAY! But it was a 1/2 of head of cauliflower and broccoli with two carrots. No seasoning at all. It was weird. We had a special occasion to celebrate at J Prime this past Sunday. Never knew they had a price fixe option for Sunday evenings so that was very nice. Carlos, the Manager, is always hands on when you arrive with a handshake and personal escort to your table. Even our handbags were taken care of. Our waiter, Tristan, was awesome.
