We were celebrating a birthday. Mentioned on OT booking. 4 adults and 2 teen. We were seated at a table in the bar, literally RIGHT next to where the servers pick up their drink orders. It was chaos. So loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. One person in our group actually had something splash in her. It truly has to be the worst table in the building - not what you want for a $600+ meal. Our server Marcus was great! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! J-Prime is absolutely the best steakhouse there is around!
Living north of Austin, we come to San Antonio on occasion and while there, we enjoy dining at J-Prime. Food and service was very good. Christian was a great waiter. Thank you for the surprise birthday balloon and cake.
Awesome experience as always. Wait staff and management were very attentive. Checked on us very frequently and made sure we were happy. Gave feedback on menu items. love the team approach. music was a little bit loud but not too bad. Food was delicious as always!!
First time at restaurant. Celebrated 25th Anniversary. Food and Staff were Excellent. Definitely worth the price. Will be returning.
If you are trying to decide whether to book this reservation, I say do it! Had the most phenomenal anniversary date here. It was spectacular from beginning to end in every way possible. We will definitely be back.
The food never disappoints, Natalia our waitress was very attentive and provided us a great experience.
