I have dined all over the world and my birthday dinner last night was impeccable. Service was outstanding, food was great. All around an incredible experience. I will return!
Donny and his team of servers did and tremendous job and made our anniversary dinner fell really special. Great job team.
Overall exceptional experience. Our server Will was amazing as well as all the staff members who provided service for our special occasion. The rose and balloon were appreciated in celebrating our daughter’s birthday. We look forward to our next visit.

The experience was amazing service was great but at all other tables managers came and asked how they are liking but not us. We had mentioned that we are celebrating two birthdays but no cake or anything while the table next to us was celebrating and they recieved a cake slice with candle. The steaks were really good but slightly over cooked instead of medium got medium well. Also expected plating of the steak to be at a hugger level but nothing. JPrime is always first class experience. Everyone treats you as if you are the only customer in the restaurant. I visit often because of the superior service and food.
We had a wagyu steak and the creamy potatoes. The steak had a great char and was very good. The potatoes were also great. We ordered a Caesar salad to start and we felt that it had hardly any dressing on it and the lettuce could have been better. The fried Oreos were amazing for dessert and our waiter did an amazing job of preparing the Cojilla (sp?) after dinner drink table side. The service is always excellent there!
Outstanding service supports excellent food preparation and presentation. Great food and beverage recommendations from staff. Wide variety of quality wines and liquors available. Had a delightful evening well worth the cost.
This steakhouse is phenomenal. The food was amazing and the service was second to none.
