Cleaning Had a different girl and she was wonderful. Did not hurt and gums did not bleed. She was very personable instead of just get in and out.

Been a patient for several years Comfortable laid back atmosphere, smaller office so seems more personal and not chaotic. Very friendly and professional staff, Neely is my hygienist and has been for several years, she’s great. Dr Banks was my dentist 20 years ago then we moved to Lubbock. Came back to him when I moved back to Amarillo then got a new job and new dental plan so had to find another Dentist. Professional, AND friendly I always feel better when I leave Dr. Bank's, I personally dislike any Dr office visits but if I'm being honest Dr.Banks and staff make my time there very enjoyable and comfortable.
