Very knowledgeable when it came to the diabetic exams. Ive been to a lot of eye drs and Jackson Davenport was the best hands down.
I've been going to JD for a half dozen years and I intend to continue that relationship. Everyone is professional and yet very down to earth. No stiff attitudes, just easy going people trying to make a difference. They've been great to me especially when I'd show up every week with my glasses in 2 or 3 parts. My main man, Ken, would refit the lenses in the frames and I'd be on my way. Never a charge... Always a smile. That's what customer service is all about.
