Jacob took the time to first understand mine and my wife’s situation. By taking that approach, it gave me confidence he really desired to help us versus providing a generalized solution that was not right. I started with other lenders, and they were giving me a hard time on financing approvals. After speaking with Jacob, he was able to create some new options and provide me some advice on how to get qualified for a loan immediately. Within just a couple weeks, i was under contract, and less than 30 days later we closed on my new home.
