We understand that our loan presented some challenges including income verifications, however in the end we got the loan approved and processed in time for our closing! As a customer I was able to pull the "Information Reigns" back and bring the horse (Jacob) to a trot. What this means is that Jacob is extremely knowledgeable in what he does however I am the customer and I don't like to go so fast out of the gate.
