Jacob went over the top to help out. He helped me also take out a HELOC that made Mutual of Omaha or Jacob no money. They were difficult and Jacob helped with all the issues. Jacob was also honest, whatever happened through the process that was a challenge, he explain why and how best to address the challenge. He was always correct and not just giving a made up excuse.
