Overall good with the office staff but the vetting process for the mortgage was too long, too repetitive and too invasive with the information they required. It got to the point we were ready to back out. I literally told them I was fed up. I finally gave them an ultimatum to make a decision and that I only wanted to hear one of two words from them, yes or no for the mortgage.
