The confirmation and signing into the office for an appointment is very simple, and precise for a client.
I love my therapist. She is now one of my best friends.
As always Jacqueline removed some fears I had and calmed me. She knows me well and knows I am a trusting person that sometimes I am too trusting. I need her for my sanity
Not great. I called to make a first appointment. After 40 mins I dropped the call since the rep was slow and all that was done was creating my account. I called back to schedule after finding the info on the site regarding availability was wrong. 2nd rep was much better. I showed up to my 1st appointment today to learn i was given the wrong address. Thankfully the therapist was understanding when I showed 30 mins late.
Send out notifications to customer correctly ,and do not charge someone that does not have a CoPay. It was jumping through hoops to get my money back.
