I moved from California, I think I met a good doctor.He was kind and meticulous.I was grateful that the doctor was even more kind and thorough in their explanation than the one I met in California.The nurse was also very kind, which I appreciated.
I had endoscopy and colonoscopy done at same time. I had dr. visit prior to scheduling. Dr. took his time and explained procedures well. Procedures went great. The follow up visit was very thorough. Dr. took his time to explain all results. I am very pleased with this dr. I had tried with another dr. prior to this and it was not good at all, but Dr. Dong is great. I would refer him anytime to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Dong.
My Doctor retired a little while back. I could not have asked for a better doctor than Dr Dong
The office was very well kept, the medical professionals were all very nice to work with.
Excellent endoscopist, but the staff at their endoscopy center is deplorable. Scheduling is very difficult, and wait times in the office are very long.
From consultation appointment to having an endoscopy/colonoscopy with him, Dr. Dong is great! He has good bedside manners, respectful, compassionate, and kind. Thoroughly discusses with you any results or possibilities. I have had bad experiences with past Korean doctors & doctors in general, but Dr. Dong gives me more faith in healthcare in the US. Very thankful I decided to choose him as my Gastroenterologist.
Dr. Dong remembered my past medical history, that was amazing, information I had given him couple years past. When you have worked with a specific doctor for some time, he knows exactly how to make things better for you and your digestive health. I like that.

Facilities and staff were very nice and wait past appointment time wasn’t too unreasonable. Doctor Dong was most pleasant, patient, encouraging, responsive and helpful.
