Jaffe Dental and Dr. Richardson and Sally are my go to team for high quality dental care. Everyone is welcoming and professional. They are concerned for my total comfort. Sally covered me with a blanket when I said I was cold!! She and Dr. Richardson are delightful.
Dr. Richardson always puts me at ease. She listens to my concerns and figures out a plan. She is confident and a wonderful dentist. The entire Jaffee Dental Group/staff work well together and are helpful and kind. I am so thankful for all of them!
I have been going to Jaffe Dental for years. I have always had a great experience. This time Dr. Richardson had to replace a filling. It went fast and easy and she and the hygienist were so pleasant and professional. (I am so sorry that I forgot the name of the Hygienist--I think it was Dawn) Everyone in the office is helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Richardson is great! Great personality, professional and she explains everything she is doing, which my previous dentist did not do, at all. Today was an extraction that went smoothly because she takes great care gradually working it out vs. pulling on it. It's only my second visit, but I love the office staff and the technicians, too!
Dr. Richardson and Sally are amazing! They make you feel extremely comfortable, yet remain professional. The front staff is always welcoming as well. I'm so glad that I chose Jaffe!
