I had to submit the same information several times: Fax, mail (bank Statements 4 times, finally had to send the originals. Info was faxed at least 3 times, ALL my credit card debt were not included in the loan although they were mentioned in the loan itself. WHY ?

Jake was easy enough to deal with, however, you aren't told the little extra charges that will be added to your closing costs. However, under my circumstances, the aggravation for a better rate was still a good outcome for me.
