Responsiveness when I had questions.
Jake was very responsive on any questions or concerns I had. Over the years I have done a lot home loan and Jake was the best mortgage officer I had. He will be my new loan officer in the future.
We closed our loan on time without any issues and Jake was great during the entire process!
