Communication goes a long way. They cost me 600 bucks. I don’t they started my app until the last minute. Then won’t text me or realtors as we are dealing with extensions. We was down to the last day of the 2nd extension and they finally got it done. But then received a text about how busy they were. Wow just own your mistakes.
A lot of documents needed to make sure I'm not a drug dealer. I guess that is the new normal. James was very good with all of this and suggested ways to minimize the time spent digging up more docs. All in all, a great experience. Thanks, James!
