Having lived in several states, I have visited many dental offices over the years! This is the very best one I have used! I have driven back to Roanoke just for an appointment several times. Stephany is, with out a DOUBT, the best hygienist I have ever had! Dr. Jim replaced my 6 front crowns and I can't tell you how many complements I have gotten on his work from other dentists and hygienists! He is a PERFECTIONEST and it shows. I've been seeing Dr Reynolds for over 15 years. After I moved out of Roanoke I still make the hour and a half drive for my dental care. The best dentist by far that I have ever seen and as he can attest I've had a LOT of dental work done.
When my dentist of nearly 30 years retired, my boss recommended Dr Reynolds. I've been a patient now since 2008. Dr Reynolds is a fantastic dentist and his entire staff is great!! If you're looking for a new dentist, I recommend this office wholeheartedly!!
Dr Reynolds is top notch and the staff is excellent! Everyone is so nice, which makes unpleasant experiences (well, it is the dentist!) a lot better! They do great with my learning disabled cousin, for whom I am guardian, and she was very scared initially, but with their coaching she now handles visits easily.
Great dentist with excellent staff and facilities. I always feel very welcome and comfortable during every visit, and everyone is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of dental work or even just a check-up!
