I’ve worked with James on 2 separate occasions and we put many offers on several different homes with out the help of an agent. James was very good at helping me get all the proper paperwork and helped assure everything was taken care of. When we first moved back to Utah, 4 years ago, we met w/ James to get started on the process of being pre-approved for a mortgage. We ended up not buying at this time, because we still had a home in Idaho that hadn't sold and we ended up losing quite a bit of money on it to get it sold. So, we decided to wait to buy. James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting my refinance completed quickly and pain-free. He even went so far as to travel to me when I closed as a convenience. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know.
I have never dealt with anyone so responsive and helpful when refinancing a loan. It was so great. James did a lot of legwork and spent a lot of time getting our loan through quickly.
