Very thorough. Explains everything and lets you know what to expect. Nurse coordinated follow up tests and made sure I could get in the next day. Lab staff was very good as well.
Very, very thorough. Listened to my complaint without interrupting. Took time with me.

I was fortunate to have Dr. Krupala as my physician. He was extremely thorough. He demonstrated extreme confidence and compassion. He called me himself to discuss test results. He followed my condition closely. He knew limits of his expertise and knew when to send me to a specialist and continued to follow up with me after I saw specialist. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Krupula. He is very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. His nurse is also very pleasant.
I was able to get in to see Dr. Krupala quickly after injuring my ear drum. Dr. Krupala is extremely nice, extremely competent, and very thorough! He is so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explains things well and takes his time with his patients. He gets all of the patient’s medical details and REALLY gets to the root of the problem. His medical evaluation is extensive.
