I had a pleasant experience. Initial wait was a little long and I was a bit anxious! Otherwise staff was great!

They we’re very friendly and curious, and got me in quickly, and answered all my questions.
The whole office staff is friendly and helpful. I had a difficult procedure that some dentists can’t/won’t do. Dr Vlassis did a great job. He is excellent at communicating with the patient before, during and after the operation. I’d vote him tops in Central NY.
Everyone was pleasant and very safe during these trying times. Everything was explained clearly and concisely.
